Vacation/ Personal Time/ Holidays
Personal Time Off (PTO) Employee earns 16 days of personal time per year for the first five years. Add 1 day for each year for years 6 - 10; 21 days after 10 years. Accrued hours roll over year to year up to a maximum of 240 hours.
Holidays Seven company paid holidays; New Year Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day + Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day

Work Environment
E.I.T. Rotation Program
E.I.T employees rotate on annual basis to different practices to increase skill sets, experience various applications of Civil Engineering, prepare for the PE Exam, and determine their preferred practice area once they achieve their PE.
Flex Time Schedules
Dibble offers compressed work week schedules. Schedule options include 9/80 work weeks with every other Friday off or ½ day Fridays, based on business need and availability.
