Community Involvement

Value:

"We have a responsibility to support involvement in the community and the profession."

Dibble sponsors the following programs for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Scottsdale:

  • Angel for Kids Campaign
  • Uncorked & Unplugged Fund Raiser
  • Adopt-a-Program Summer Camp

Dibble participates in the Boys Hope Girls Hope of Arizona's Circle of Hope program that helps to ensure the education and character formation of "at-risk, academically capable" teens so that they may realize their potential by providing value-centered family like homes and a quality education.

Central Arizona Mountain Rescue Association (CAMRA), also known as Maricopa County Sheriff's Office Mountain Rescue (MCSO-MR) team, is a highly motivated, expertly trained, technical rescue team. CAMRA's mission is to save lives by providing professional advanced technical rescue and wilderness emergency medical services anytime, anywhere, and in any weather as well as providing outstanding outdoor safety education. Dibble employees have contributed over 500 hours of personal time per year to this organization.

Dibble has teamed with SmithGroup for a number of years to raise money for and awareness of Cystic Fibrosis
Larkspur
Elementary

Dibble employees volunteer on a one-on-one basis for the school year to help children with reading and math.

Dibble employees are committed to helping in the fight to conquer breast cancer by volunteering and participating in the Komen Phoenix Race for the Cure.
  • The race helps raise funds (over $2 million this year) and raises awareness, celebrates survivors, and honors those who have lost their battle with the disease.
  • This year more than 30,000 people participated in the race, including 20 Dibble employees, family members and friends.
  • The race directly benefits those in our community: 75% of monies raised stays within the community for breast health education, mammograms, and screening and treatment for those in need. The remaining 25% goes to the Komen Award and Research Grant Program.
The idea behind the Ronald McDonald House program is simple: provide a "home away from home" for families of seriously ill children receiving treatment at nearby hospitals.
  • Dibble employees prepare dinner for residents
  • Over 45 families enjoy the “home cooked meal”

Dibble partners with the Sunshine Acres Children’s Home in Mesa to provide opportunities for the children living at the home to attend one of several summer camps.

The camps, located in the Show Low-Pinetop area offer week long programs geared to developing skills, encouraging teamwork, and lots of fun!

Sunshine Acres is a long term children’s care facility that provides approximately 60 kids a stable home environment for various reasons.
